1. Site visit
We are happy to arrange a preliminary meeting to discuss the project and familiarise ourselves with the site.
Please contact us for our charges on this service.
2. Fee proposal
Following the initial meeting we provide a Services + Fee proposal which will be tailored to your needs.
3. Design
Once appointed, we help you finalise the Design Brief and discuss the project options. We then develop design alternatives with 3D renders to aid the visualisation of the project.
4. Planning
Once a final design has been signed off, a Planning Application would be submitted to the relevant Local Authority. We have extensive experience liaising with OCC, VoWHDC, SODC, WODC,CHDC, BucksDC and WycombeDC.
We also dealt with Permitted Development Consents and HMOs
5. Building Regulations
Following granting of planning consent at stage 2, a fully compliant set of detailed plans will be drawn up to seek Building Regulations approval from the local authority Building Control office or via an Approved Inspector. Additional details and documents could be prepared if a Tender process is required to seek a suitable contractor.
6. Tendering
If you don’t have a preferred contractor, we help appointing a suitable one for the job. We can select from our list of highly professional contractors and ask them to provide a detailed quote.
7. Construction
We will help during the construction stage with Contract Management services and general day to day tasks to ensure the design is completed according to plans, in time and within budget.
