An already extended and renovated property but in need of a rethink to reconfigure its main pedestrian access (currently through the kitchen!).
We were appointed to design a side extension to make the property altogether a more coherent one, with the addition of rear amenity space in the form of a new orangery, infilling the under-used courtyard. One of our smallest undertaking nevertheless a challenging one within the conservation area of Charlbury, Oxon.
