A rather uninspiring 1980’s bungalow at the end of a secluded private road with re-development potential. After a conscious financial study for renovating the existing bungalow it became clear that a replacement dwelling was the better way forward.
Following pre-application consultation and full plans application we have now secured planning consent from VOWHDC for a four bedroom replacement dwelling. We will continue to help our client with the subsequent detail design, tendering and construction process.
