A new replacement garage to allow for the creation of an en-suite guest bedroom towards the rear. At first floor level, a new study/landing to allow for the new staircase to the loft conversion.
An extension with a contemporary design, a new roof gable for the loft conversion to provide views over the city and the incorporation of several energy saving features.
