Core to what we do is providing architectural solutions to successfully navigate the complex procurement processes of today’s planning and building regulations requirements. Energy efficient and low carbon design complement our design ethos.
In addition, years of hands-on involvement in construction and workmanship has given us advanced understanding of those design and construction processes. We use professional 3D CAD software to deliver detailed and well coordinated solutions for clients, contractors and consultants.
The practice is lead by Diego Vargas who is a senior arb architect and RIBA chartered.
Nearly three decades of dedicated service, has amounted to over 100 completed projects. Our self design & build home, and our garden studio in Oxford being two of them. From this newly built studio , we continue to deliver inspired architectural solutions, having used the construction of the buildings to further our understanding of low carbon and environmentally efficient designs.
Via our partnership with the award winning MBI Property team, we offer our clients a wider set of consultancy services for all residential and commercial property matters.
This exciting design for a brand new energy efficient dwelling has been given planning permission from Vale of White Horse District Council. Construction will start October 2022
